These terms govern a merchant's access to and use of the Triple-Aces Shopify app. By installing or using the app, the merchant confirms that it is authorized to act for the connected Shopify store and agrees to these terms.
App service
The app provides a merchant workspace for order visibility, fulfillment updates, service costs, balances, charges, and invoices. Features available to a merchant may depend on its Shopify permissions, onboarding status, service plan, and separate fulfillment agreement.
Merchant responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, billing, product, and order information.
- Maintain authority over every connected Shopify store.
- Use the app only for lawful products, orders, and operations.
- Protect staff access and promptly report suspected compromise.
- Review quotations, balances, customs information, and fulfillment instructions before authorizing operational work.
Fees and operational services
Any charge for using the app will be presented through Shopify App Pricing or another Shopify-approved billing method and described in the Shopify App Store listing. Procurement, goods, packaging, fulfillment, freight, duties, taxes, and other operational services may be governed by a separate written service agreement and quotation.
The app's balance and invoice views are operational records. They do not represent a bank account, stored-value account, loan, or payment service.
Data and Shopify access
The merchant authorizes the app to access the Shopify data and scopes displayed during installation. We process that information under our Privacy Policy. The merchant remains responsible for providing legally required notices to its customers and for the lawfulness of data supplied through external sources.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, Shopify platform changes, third-party outages, or security events can temporarily affect the service. We may modify features where needed for security, compliance, reliability, or product improvement.
Suspension and termination
A merchant may stop using the app by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, unpaid applicable charges, or conduct that threatens Shopify, merchants, customers, or our systems. Uninstall and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy, subject to lawful financial-record retention.
Intellectual property
Triple-Aces and its licensors retain rights in the app, design, documentation, and related technology. Merchants retain rights in their store data and grant us only the rights needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Neither party excludes liability that applicable law does not permit it to exclude. Any additional warranties, limitations, governing law, and dispute terms in an applicable signed service agreement continue to apply to the related operational services.
